Prime Service Partners (“Prime Service Partners,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates certain internal applications and tools, including Prime GBP Review Automation and Prime Marketing Attribution (collectively, the “Tools”).
This Privacy Policy explains how the Tools access, collect, use, store, protect, and share information, including information obtained through Google API Services.
The Tools are intended for authorized business use by Prime Service Partners personnel and other individuals expressly authorized by Prime Service Partners. They are not offered as public consumer applications.
1. Applications Covered by This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
Prime GBP Review Automation assists authorized Prime Service Partners personnel with managing Google Business Profile information and customer review activity for businesses managed by our organization.
Prime Marketing Attribution assists authorized Prime Service Partners personnel with analyzing advertising performance and connecting marketing activity with relevant business outcomes across businesses managed by our organization.
2. Information We Access
The information accessed by a Tool depends on its functionality, the Google APIs connected to it, and the permissions authorized for the applicable Google account.
Google Business Profile Data
Prime GBP Review Automation may access Google Business Profile information for accounts and locations authorized for management by Prime Service Partners, including:
- Google Business Profile account and location identifiers;
- Business names and location information;
- Business Profile status and related account or location information;
- Customer reviews;
- Review identifiers;
- Review ratings;
- Review text;
- Reviewer information made available through the Google Business Profile API;
- Review creation and update dates;
- Existing owner responses to reviews;
- Review response status and related review-management information; and
- Other Business Profile information necessary to provide the Tool’s review-management functionality.
The Tool may also submit responses to customer reviews when review-response functionality is enabled and an authorized user or approved workflow permits the response.
Google Ads Data
Prime Marketing Attribution may access information from Google Ads accounts authorized for use by Prime Service Partners, including, as applicable:
- Google Ads account and customer identifiers;
- Campaign information;
- Ad group information;
- Advertisement information;
- Keyword and search advertising information;
- Advertising costs and spend;
- Impressions;
- Clicks;
- Leads and conversions;
- Conversion values;
- Campaign and advertising performance metrics; and
- Other Google Ads reporting information necessary to perform marketing measurement and attribution.
The specific Google Ads information accessed may change as the Marketing Attribution Tool is developed. Prime Service Partners will request only Google API permissions reasonably necessary to provide the Tool’s functionality.
Authentication Information
The Tools may process authentication information necessary to connect to authorized Google accounts, including OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens.
OAuth client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, passwords, and similar authentication credentials are treated as confidential security information and are not intended for public disclosure.
3. How We Use Google Data
Google data accessed through the Tools is used only for authorized business functions associated with the applicable Tool.
Prime GBP Review Automation
Google Business Profile information may be used to:
- Identify and organize Business Profile locations managed by Prime Service Partners;
- Retrieve and monitor customer reviews;
- Associate reviews with the appropriate business, brand, or location;
- Identify reviews that require attention or a response;
- Assist authorized personnel with preparing customer review responses;
- Maintain internal review-management workflows and status information;
- Submit approved review responses to Google Business Profiles when that functionality is enabled; and
- Monitor the operation and reliability of the review-management workflow.
Prime Marketing Attribution
Google Ads information may be used to:
- Consolidate advertising performance information across authorized accounts;
- Measure campaign and advertising performance;
- Analyze advertising costs, leads, conversions, and related performance metrics;
- Connect marketing activity with relevant internal business outcomes;
- Perform marketing attribution analysis;
- Calculate internal performance metrics such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion performance, revenue attribution, and return on advertising spend;
- Produce internal marketing and business-performance reports; and
- Improve the accuracy and reliability of Prime Service Partners’ internal marketing measurement.
Google data obtained through these Tools is not used to serve personalized, retargeted, interest-based, or other advertising to individuals.
4. Google API Services and Limited Use
The Tools’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Prime Service Partners limits its use of Google user data obtained through Google APIs to providing or improving the functionality of the applicable Tool and its authorized business use case.
Google user data obtained through the Tools is not:
- Sold to third parties;
- Sold to data brokers or information resellers;
- Used for determining creditworthiness or lending purposes;
- Used to serve personalized, retargeted, interest-based, or similar advertising; or
- Used for purposes unrelated to the functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
5. How Information Is Shared
Prime Service Partners does not sell Google user data.
Information processed by the Tools may be made available to authorized Prime Service Partners personnel, contractors, service providers, or systems when access is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the applicable Tool and its disclosed business functions.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary:
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- To protect the security or integrity of the Tools or connected systems;
- To investigate suspected unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
- In connection with a corporate transaction where permitted by applicable law and Google API policies.
Any third-party service provider used to support the Tools is expected to process information only as necessary to provide its authorized services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
6. Data Storage and Security
Prime Service Partners uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by the Tools against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Depending on the applicable Tool and its implementation, information may be stored in systems used by Prime Service Partners to operate internal applications, reporting, analytics, databases, or automation workflows.
Authentication credentials and tokens are intended to be stored using access-controlled systems appropriate for confidential credentials and should not be stored in publicly accessible files, source-code repositories, or other unauthorized locations.
Access to the Tools and associated information is limited to individuals and systems with a legitimate business need and appropriate authorization.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Prime Service Partners therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
Prime Service Partners retains information processed by the Tools only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable Tool’s functionality, support legitimate internal business purposes, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve security and operational issues.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the business purpose for which it is maintained.
Authentication credentials, including OAuth tokens, may be retained while authorization is necessary for the applicable Tool to operate. Credentials that are no longer required should be revoked or securely deleted.
Google API data will not knowingly be retained longer than permitted by applicable Google API requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, Prime Service Partners may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Revoking Access and Requesting Deletion
An authorized user may revoke an application’s access to their Google account through Google’s account security and permissions controls.
Revoking Google authorization may prevent some or all functionality of the applicable Tool from continuing to operate for the affected account.
Authorized users may also contact Prime Service Partners to request information about data associated with their authorized use of the Tools or to request deletion of applicable information, subject to legal, security, technical, and legitimate business-record requirements.

Prime Service Partners will evaluate deletion requests and remove applicable information when required or appropriate, subject to any information that must be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
9. Customer Review Information
Prime GBP Review Automation processes customer review information that has been made available to authorized Business Profile managers through Google Business Profile.
Review information is used for review monitoring, management, reporting, and response functions associated with the businesses managed by Prime Service Partners.
Prime Service Partners does not use customer review information obtained through the Google Business Profile API to create consumer profiles for unrelated purposes or to sell information about reviewers.
10. Marketing and Attribution Information
Prime Marketing Attribution uses authorized advertising and internal business information to measure marketing performance and understand the relationship between marketing activity and business outcomes.
Attribution analysis may combine Google Ads performance information with authorized internal business information, such as lead, job, conversion, customer, or revenue information, when necessary to perform the Tool’s disclosed attribution and reporting functions.
Information obtained through Google APIs will not be used for purposes inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or applicable Google API requirements.
11. Automated Processing
The Tools may use automated processes to organize, classify, analyze, summarize, or otherwise process information in support of their disclosed functions.
For example, Prime GBP Review Automation may use automated processing to organize reviews, identify review characteristics, support response drafting, or manage workflow status. Prime Marketing Attribution may use automated processing to associate advertising activity with relevant internal business outcomes and calculate performance metrics.
Automated processing is used to support the disclosed functionality of the Tools and does not change the restrictions described in this Privacy Policy regarding the use, sale, or disclosure of Google user data.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Prime Service Partners may update this Privacy Policy as the Tools, their integrations, or applicable requirements change.
If we materially change how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently updated.
